Central Ohio's
Louise's Needlework Announces A
New Owner Celebration

PRESS RELEASE

Louise's Needlework OhioPowell, Ohio (PRWEB) January 19, 2010 -- What do you do when you are the new owner of a needlepoint shop that has served Central Ohio needlepointers for nearly twenty-years?

"You have a New Owner Celebration," says Jill Elia, who purchased Louise’s Needlework last fall.

Elia is inviting anyone interested in needlepointing to spend Sunday, January 31 with her and her staff from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at her shop in Powell, Ohio to enjoy refreshments, door prizes, a Kelly Clark trunk show, special discounts, and more.

“This is an exciting time for Louise’s Needlework,” says Jill Elia, who worked at Louise’s for eight years prior to purchasing the shop. “We just returned from the market in Long Beach, California with new fibers and canvases to complement our existing offering of the finest colors, textures and patterns available.”

According to Elia, the shop has also undergone many improvements to help customers create functional, attractive, and valuable treasures for themselves, their families, or their friends. The shop, which was opened Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, is now also open on Mondays and is open until 7:00 PM on Tuesdays .

“Our success is based on creating a warm, friendly place for needlepointers to pass on age-old traditions.” adds Elia. “Our shop has a reputation for having the most experienced and cordial staff in the area. We love our customers, but don't take my word for it, come to our celebration and see for yourself.”

Customers who attend Louise’s New Owner Celebration will have the chance to meet Elia and her staff of veteran stitchers like Betty Clyde, who also teaches classes on Monday afternoons and Tuesday evenings, Lisa Cook, the shop’s in-house artist, and Melba McGuire and Linda Marion who know all the secrets to creating beautiful and useful items easily.

Louise’s Needlework is located on 23 W. Olentangy Street in Powell, Ohio. Shop hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Mondays through Saturdays with extended hours on Tuesdays through 7:00 PM. The shop will host a Kelly Clark trunk show from January 28 through February 11. For more information about the celebration, the shop, or the trunk show call 614-436-3905 or visit www.louisesneedlework.com.
